company. All data received by Privacy & Data Protection US

data processor who carries out data
processing operations on our behalf, (2) the
transfer is to a successor in title to the
business, or (3) we are required to do so by

The types of data that we collect
If you are a subscriber to any PDP journal or a delegate on one
of our training courses or conferences, we will collect from you
only those data that are necessary for the administration of the
event or subscription - you may submit, at your option, further
information that will help us to contact you by alternative methods. You may from time to time receive information that informs you about
products and services related to your field of interest as a data
protection, freedom of information or records management
professional.
If you cease to be a subscriber to the journal/s,
we will erase your personal information from our subscription
database during the course of the year following the end of your
subscription period unless we have your permission to retain the
data for marketing purposes.
We will not, without your consent, supply your
name and address to any third party except where (1) you are a
subscriber to the journal/s and such transfer is necessary to ensure
your continued receipt of the journal/s, or (2) we are required to
do so by operation of law.
We collect and store human resource information
and potential subscriber/customer name and address information. Additionally, we collect personal data in the course of
writing/publishing/editing articles for our journals. We collect
some personal data about the people who write articles for our
journals.
All of the above data are subject to potential
export to Privacy & Data Protection US, in the US, under the Safe
Harbor Principles.

When visiting our web pages, tracking technologies may record
information about your visit automatically. This information
does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and
store only the following information about your visit:

is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are

results of the in-house complaints procedure, you may file the

American Arbitration Association (AAA), and we

in compliance with our stated privacy policy, and that the privacy
policy complies with all applicable laws.
